Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
Use Sign in with Apple, or sign up with an email and password from the welcome screen.
How do I post a sale?
Tap the My Sales tab, then the “Post a sale” button. Add photos, an address, dates and times, and any categories or pricing notes. Your sale appears on the map for everyone nearby.
How do I update or end my sale?
Open the sale from the My Sales tab. You can mark it “Winding Down” or “Ended” from there, edit the details, or delete it.
Why does the app ask for my location?
To show you nearby sales on the map and to help pin your own sale. We only access your location while you’re using the app, and it’s never shared with other users.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at the address below with the subject line “Delete my account” and the email address you used to sign up. We’ll remove your account and all your sales within a few business days.
I’m having a problem with the app.
